I am married to aman who is already married from 10years we are into this relationship the marriage he did with me was in temple and i do not have any evidence and i also have a child of 4 years now i want to separate with him how can i get legal help in my case will i ll get allomoney in my case and that person is also haressing me from 3 years and his earlier family also knows about this relationship what should i do

If you have married to a man who is already married (second marriage), this marriage will be void if that person is a Hindu (as per Hindu Law) but if you have child (from him) then you certainly will get legal help for the child..
