Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am married to an American citizen of Indian origin. we got married in India and he left for US within a week of marriage and after that he did not come to meet me or take me to US or arrange for my visa. finally unfolds for divorce in India after five years. now he denies the allegation that he deserted and has filed a counter claim for RCR. what should be my next step.
