We got married in arya samaj after that we decided to agree our parents. So we came back. Now her parents are not allowing me for a free talk with my wife. And they are saying that she want divorce. After marriage we haven't spent a single day together. Is it possible to get divorce without any ground if i want her back. I also want to know that is it possible to get divorce for her in any manner if i do not want tha same.

One needs to examine the fact. Whether or not there is cohabitation after marriage in arya samaj is a vital fact. Before she files for divorce, you may file for restitution of conjugal rights.
