Legal Question in Family Law in India

we get married in aug 13 against family at arya samaj mandir,I have marriage certificate given by arya samaj mandir nd marriage photos but we could not register b4 marriage registrar.after 4 months my husband's family came to know about our marriage nd they didnt accepted our marriage.they forced my husband to leave me as they are planning for his second marriage,hence my husband told me that we cant continue together nd he left me,he is not at all in contact with me since 2 months.I dnt know whr he is as his cell is switched off.I want to know whether our marriage is legaly valid and shall I file divorce?

if in last two months he has remarried and he has registered his marriage still our marriage will be legal?still I can get divorce?kindly advice me plz.

Dear client yr marriage is legal and if yr husband remarry without divorcing u then u can file case of bigamy against him. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

once saptpadi (saat phere before agni) are complete, both are adult hindus the marriage at Arya Samaj Mandir (ASM) is a valid lawful marriage. You can file a case restraining your husband for second marriage. If he is married, you can seek declaration that the second marriage is illegal. You can claim conjugal rights. you can seek compensation, maintainence. you can file criminal complaint against him for bigamy. for any case, you have to file the case at the last known address. you may not have the new address. It all would depend what you want.
