Legal Question in Family Law in India

I already married and i had first baby child some reasons i legally divorce, after 5 years i marry and i had a son i don't no he is already married person after two years a lady come to my home and say s i am first wife and i take legal action behalf you and my husband she says. after some counselling i don't no what happens he came and take all photos (proofs)and said i am leaving you on that day i decide to Suicide i take legal action on him with sections of 498 A and 495 A on 11/10/2012 he sent to prison . Now case is running in trail position but i want father for my children s i don't want any money or other options just i want father for my children now what i want to do.she also claim a report on my husband and parents but they both are agree together and he went to prison on my report.

dear client if yr husband has not divorce his first wife then she can file case of bigamy and yr husband will be punished up to seven years jail. call me proper discussion and solution on 9422611385

you can file case of 420 on your husband if it is fact.
