Legal Question in Family Law in India

I already married and i had first baby child some reasons i legally divorce, after 5 years i marry and i had a son i don't no he is already married person after two years a lady come to my home and say s i am first wife i did n take divorce with him i am legal wife how can u marry my husband she asked and said i take legal action behalf you and my husband, after some counselling i don't no what happens he came and take all photos (proofs)and said i am leaving you on that day i decide to Suicide i take legal action on him with sections of 498 A and 495 A on 11/10/2012 he sent to prison . Now case is running in trail position but i want father for my children s i don't want any money or other options just i want father for my children now what i want to do.his first wife also file a case on my husband and parents but they both are agree together and he went to prison on my report.
