I was married 3 Yes back.from beginning itself me and my husband having small misunderstandings.wen we having problem he slapped me also.but I was not bother about that and also not took big issue to my parents.I have one female child.wen I'm recently came back to my mom house I knew about second pregnancy.but for this my husband didn't do any care.and even don't care about my child too last April I got delivered male baby.after that too he never care and don't even spend money for my both babies.now he told don't like to live with u .don't want my children's too .I don't know what have to do .please suggest some legal opinion

file domestic violence case and complaint under section 498A IPC
