I got married on 05-06-2009 and break up on 05-07-2009. During this one month period, she stayed only 5 days in my house along with her parents and relatives.

After breakup she blackmailed for money. i refused to give money because, I did not taken not even single paise as dowry or any gifts/gold.Morethan, (she took some gold from my house) Her father filed a Insolvency petition in the court in the year 2005.

There are two false cases filed against me

1)498A

2)DVC.

The details provided by the petitioners are differing in both cases.And are clearly showing the allegations are false.

I got anticipatory bail and both caese are in court now.

Please advice me,

The police officer and Women Protection officers are registerd case against me without proper investigation.

Kindly advice,

Is annulment of marriage is possible?

IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THOSE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ONCE AFTER PROVING MY INNOCENCE?

How can i get the rid of this cases earliest?

for dvc staying six months together is minimum period or else the complaint is not maintainable. for 498a, you will have to file before high court for quashing.
