Please some one help me. I am married with a central govt. officer for 2yrs. In these 2 yr he beats me 5 times and sometime so cruelly that injury last for more than a month. I want divorce, he also wants it but some how he is afraid to loose his repute. Still staying with him and don't know what to do. I want divorce at once, I don't even need money or anything. We are married as per Hindu Marriage Act.

Dear client if u both r ready for divorce then u can file mutual divorce and will get in six months

Better to file Mutual divorce. If he is not ready then consult any local lawyer and he will guide you how to get divorce in short time.
