Legal Question in Family Law in

I got married on 10/05/09. Just after completion of marriage ceremony my wife intimated me that she has been forced into the marriage by her parents. She loves someone & couldn't accept me as husband. The marriage finally broken up on 25th July 2009. We are now going to submit a mutual consent divorce within next 10 days. What points should be covered & given importance as they are forcing us to send a draft for mutual consent divorce?
