Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married in 2012 dec. Me n my husband had very bad relationship bcoz of his nature. He is totaly mum's boy. N he cant accept me as his family member. I filled case for maitance. But he dnt want to give me money as well he is trying to proove me characterless. If he prove me charcterless then he is free from maintance???? Use mujhe maintanace nahi dena padega... and he dnt have solid proof i think he have only phn call detail. As i dnt have any relationship with any other guy. But my collage group photos r wit him is it enough to proove me characterless. Please reply soon.

dear client college group photos r not enough to prove characterless. he have to produce solid proofs like yr photos or video with guy. if he fails to give proofs about allegation of characterless then court will surely grant u maintenance. for detail discussion call me
