Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have been married since december 2013. my wife went to her parental home in april 2014 and is not willing to come to my home without any proper reason. she is also not willing for divorce. she tells me that my mother said this and that? her brother is dominant in character and harassing me and my faimily verbally on mobile. how much time should i wait ? what legal action can be taken?
