Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married and divorced, I am of 23 years old. My mom as left my dad n she's leaving alone as mutual understanding, she is taking maintenance from my dad. Now I am all alone, my mom as my jewelry as my granny's gave me. She's not giving me those jewels. So how can I take that from legally. I don't have any support from my dad or mom side. I leave alone.

dear client u cannot ask any thing from yr mom and dad. but u can claim monthly maintenance from yr husband by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. for any legal help call me
