I have married a divorcee . I am registering my marriage. What name/surname of my wife should i put in Marriage registration documents ?

1... Her original name before her 1st marriage including her fathers name OR,

2... Her surname after 1st marriage ?

1. She is entitled to use her original name

2. After marriage with you [second marriage], she may use your surname.
