i am married in feb 2000.i have two boy child(13,10 yr).i left my husband's house in oct 2005 because of his cruel behaviour.in dec 2005 i filed 24 for seperation.after this he filed 13 for divorce.after long legal process my husband pressed me to sign 13 b mutual divorce in 2012,but when i withdraw our previous cases like 24,10,125,,domestic violence,he didnot come in any hearing.after 18 months he withdrawn his case today.please guide me what can i do now?

Dear client if u wish then u can continue with yr cases or if husband promise u to pay maintenance for u and children then withdraw the cases. Yr question is incomplete. Call me for proper discussion

you can start over your withdrawn cases afresh if he did not go for divorce as agreed upon.
