Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married in feb 2014. After 4 months of marriage my wife took all the clothes gifts and jwellery that we had given her on marriage to her parents house. When we asked her she started making excuses like i was not giving time to her and she needed financial security etc. She refused to come back or return any of the things back. We believe its a case of fraud since she has been taking birth control pills without discussing anything with us. Whenever we used to question anything her parents threatened us for life and to ruin us by filing divorce. She is a chartered accountant and is earning well. Please advice what we should do in such circumstances.
