I got married Feb 20th 2014 , paid lot of money as dowary . After the marriage i came to know he is physically handicapped i was cheated. After the marriage both husband and his family started harassment, After four days of my marriage my husband went abroad on job purpose, once he left they did not give even food also. They did not let me call my parents, as i did not respond for two days my father came he took me to home. Even my husband back home he never take me , even after several request for six months. I filed 498A case against them and they absconded and we are not able to trace them. Please advise me how to bring them to court? I want court to punish them.

The court will issue a proclamation. Summons will be pasted on their door and at the last place of residence. The Court will then issue a Non Bailable Warrant.
