Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married on 6 feb 2013 in thane court. Now we both want to seprate from each Other. We have no saxual relation till now. We live seprately. I wanted to continue but she refused for everything and complained in police station. She is having affair with her boss but i do not have any solid proof or video. Thats why i also want to get seprate and start a new life.

dear client if there is no any physical relation then yr marriage is not consumed yet. so u can file petition of annulment of marriage under sec 12 of Hindu marriage act. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
