I was married in 1995. I was forced to leave in 1999 after physical and mental torture My husband gave me 40 lakhs last year. Now he wants divorce, what are my chances if I contest?

In case you do not want divorce, he cannot force you to give. was that 40 lacs given towards permanent alimony?
