Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married to my gf three yrs back. Now she does not want to live with me. She is staying separate from last two months. She is neither agreeing for divorce and neither she wants to come back.she just says giving me money monthly . I m not able to move ahead nor come back. pls advise.

file a petition for restitution of conjugal right. get the matter referred to mediation and try to amicably solve the issue.
