Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married to a girl in arya samaj in 2013, last I met her on February 2015,

Now she is engaged with some other guy and want to marry him.

Even she is not agree for mutual divorce

Can i file a case against her and what charges i can put on her.

Kindly advice me and also tell me the process thanks.
