Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi I am married to a girl within our relation. It's been 8 months now for our marriage. It was not been a delightful period for me. My wife is very much adamant and never understood the delicacy of married life. on explaining to her about being sensitive towards many issues she would revolt and shout arrogantly. Once on simple argument she tried to commit suicide. That c'd have ruined my career, my life. Then, I decided to break the marriage and sent her to her parents with my parents consent. It's been 2 months now.
I am fed up of this marriage and want to be off from this relation but worrying she may threaten me again by attempting suicide. Please help/advise me how can i save my future from this foolish girl.

Its a delicate matter and hence u should proceed carefully. First of all, you should collect enough material to defend yourself in future if such unwanted step is taken by her. On the site I can;t suggest you the method of collecting the proofs. After that, you may convince her to improve her behavior or made her agree to a mutual divorce.Legal option should be the last option.

If you have married within your relation and it is within prohibited degree of relations then you need to file a petition to declare your marriage null and void and in case the marriage is valid, u may file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty.
