Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married before 2 and half years. My husband lived with me for 6 months and he went to USA. I was 2 months pregnant that time and now i have 1year old kid with me. He is not ready to come to India also he is not ready to take us to America and also he is not supporting me financially, I am living in my parents shadow. It seems he is not ready to live with us and he is least bothered about our son.

my husbands parents live in nagarkoil, and they doesnt want me and kid to live with his son.

what should i do for making my husband come to India, also i need financial support to grow up my son, not even he spent single rupee in past 2 years,

i need to get financial help through alimony? my husband is earning 5lakhs per month, and what percentage i will get from his salary as alimony ? is it 30% tat i will get from his salary as alimony?

also i dont want to divorce my husband, in case if he demands divorce in court , wat will be the situation?

dear client alimony will get with divorce. u can ask monthly maintenance by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code and u will get 30% of his monthly income as maintenance. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
