Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married before 2 and half years. My husband lived with me for 6months and he went to USA . Now, for past 2 years im living in my parents support, I have kid (1years and 2 months), he doesn't care and support us financially. Now he is not ready to return to india and live with us. Im helpless now I am not financially sound to file a case against my husband. I heard that "according to law if husband and wife are not living together for certain years then its not necessary that they need to live together, so with in how many years that I need to proceed legally , in case if I file a case against him after 5 years will my case be strong in court or my side will be week?? plz answer
