Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have been married for 1 and a half years.but my husband has problem of premature ejaculation and sexual performance anxiety.as a result no proper sexual relation has been made between us.he however does not agree to the fact that he has a problem.due to this fact there are lot of other prblm in our relationship.his mother and him both blame me for his nonperformance stating that i dont love him and i m not eemotionally attached to him.he is not ready to take any treatment.what are the options available for me if i want to file for a divorce.

Dear client u can file case of annulment of marriage to declare marriage null and void because of non consumption of marriage. Or u can file divorce on the ground of impotency. For any legal help call me
