Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married in 2003, harassed for dowry constantly. No physical but mental violence. had daughter 2005, seperated 2006 he asked for divorce but i didnt give, in 2009 we filed on mutual consent. i had to withdraw my advocate due to his fathers pressure on my parents. I had no money and small child couldnt afford legal battle, terrible depressed so gave in due to pressure.

Can I file DVA now? whats time limit to file it.

If you got divorce through mutual consent, no case shall be maintainable now. You must have got some lump sum amount at that time.
