I was get married with a hindu boy in 2012 hindu marriage then registration of marriage in rajkot registrar then take divorce on stamp paper of rs 50 india non judicial on 1st dec 2014 by mutual understanding.i want to do marriage it legal or not.

Dear client stamp paper divorce has no value in the eye of law. Only court has power to give divorce in India. First take proper divorce from court. Other wise Yr second marriage has no legal status. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
