Legal Question in Family Law in India
when we got married, my husband and his two elder brothers were living in a single single storey dwelling constructed by their father. Later, in 2002, they built separate floors by taking combined loan of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rs.5,00,000 lacs each). At that time, my husband's salary was mere Rs.12,00,000/- p.m. and it was on the basis of my pay slip (my salary was almost same as my husband's) also that the loan was granted. my husband has also insured his share of loan. can i ask a right in the house?

you are at the best a guarantor on loan borrowed by husband. You cannot claim ownership right or share in the property.

yes you can, coz as per law, if both are working and wife help to buy any property etc. then she can claim.
