hi.

i got married in 2008, but my husband n his parents give me mental n physical torture to me. in march 2013 , i took action against them, and i filed complaint against them, but my husband's elder brother is IPS officer in west bengal, and dats d reason woman cell didnt respond us, and they didnt call my husband and their family. now police is not submmited report, I also put RTI , but it will take one month, due to his brother pressure, police even abused us when we asked them to call my in laws What can i do ??

Forget that. File a complaint under D.V.Act in the court of Magistrate. Under the Act you can seek different remedies.
