Legal Question in Family Law in

i got married in1990 and have three children one daughter and two sons 18 yeasrs and got divorce on the basis of adultery by ex wife and she absconded and i brought children and after 15 years she joined her father and now wooing my children towards them.if i go to court what will happen and if children want to go with mother what about my own earnned property and my ex in laws are better off (richer manyfold than me)

in case the divorce was granted on the basis of adultry of wife, she is not entitled to the custody of children. you may take this defence.
