Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am married since jan 2014. i got engased through fraud and got married forcefully (inlaws got help of my mom dad and relatives). my wife is one year older then me and our relation got fully destroyed before marrige. my lfe hes become hell after marriage. I want divorce but my family is also not ready. please give me some advice.

1) What is the fraud? Hv u lodged FIR against ur in-laws

and ur parents?

2) If ur wife is one year older what is the harm?

It cannot be ground for divorce.

3) U said ur relation got fully destroyed before marriage.

That means u know her before about her age also.

Then why did u marry her?
