Hi I got married by may. In jun my husband asked me to stay in my house as they were having chicken pox n after that he is not receiving anymore calls nor they r responding. When my parents went to der house to find out the reason then they asked for dowry and the dowry they demanded was the only house my parents are staying. Previously also they asked fr dowry bt my parents ignored it saying all des r quite normal but nw it is too much, So I want a divorce what can I do pls help me out

Dear client u cannot ask divorce before completion of one year of marriage. Right now file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498 a with police against husband and in law. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807

you can seek divorce after one year of marriage. I suggest to file Domestic violence case and to move police complaint
