I got married in june11 in kolkata & stayed with husband till Dec12 afterwards I moved to my parents house in Delhi after being physically & mentally harassed by him even my 2 forced abortion is also done.Ihave handwritten letter in which my husband has confessed his misdoings. after all family negotiation fail I lodge a complain in caw cell delhi &was; given a dt of hearing but my husband didnt cum instead he messaged me that he has filed for divorce. on ground of desertion. I am staying at my parents house for almost 22 months. Sir i am scared pls advice me what should i do? I was given another dt of hearing by caw cell. what will i do if i receive divorce papers?
