i got married in June 2007, last two year she living with her brother & mother. she gave my money to her brother with my consent. now she has filed crps 125 & DV case against me. she has filed inerim maintenance relif. I have already filed RCR section 9 & asking to come back . but she is not attending my case. She told me that she will nighter come nor give me dicorce.
Plz help me to get out of this maintenace case. I also having fear that she can file any criminal case against me. I don't want to give my hard earned money to person like her who don"t want to continue my marriage.
Pls tell can i file stay case against crpc 125 & DV in high court.
Can i stop interin maintenance order , what to do my side for stoping this

Immediately file reply to interim maintenance to the effect that RCR is pending and u r willing to take her home and that she is deliberately residing separately without sufficient grounds. If u have not done so, move an affidavit to that effect. Secondly, file a quash petition in D.V.Act.
