Legal Question in Family Law in India

We got married in june last year. But we havent stayed together & we dont have any kids. We want to annul our marraige without any financial disputes. Whats the procedure & time duration that it will take?

The other option: Is it of if we agree to not interfere in each others life by signing on a stamp paper? Will it be legal if we re-marry to someone else after this agreement?

dear if both r ready for divorce then file mutual divorce and u will get divorce in six months. if u sign agreement and get re-marry then yr second marriage will be illegal. because only court has power to grant the divorce. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
