Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I am married with one kid (4yrs old). Prior to our marriage my husband has 2 kids with another woman. then after our marriage i found out that my husband is married to the mother of the 2 kids. Now i am staying in Israel and pregnan with my new boyfriend. I want to have the custody of my child (staying with my mother in law) and i want to nullified our marriage. what will i do?
