Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi, I got married in 2011 in knew my husband 8 years before marriage. and after my marriage I and my husband were staying together in Gurgaon as we both worked their since my marriage was fixed my inlaws were giving me mental, physical and dowry harassments, and on 2 july 2013 he sent me home laying to me that he is going on trip to kullu manali and as I was ill he asked me to go to my parents home and take rest their so I came to my parents house. after that my husband switched off his mobile phone for two days and on 4th july 2013 at 10:30 am he called me up and told me that he had moved out from the house with his luggage and sent me a separation notice and when I reached Gurgaon I came to know that he has also filed complaint against me in women cell sector 51 Gurgaon. since then I am attending the counseling session their and getting harassed.

Now even I want to take the legal action against him so please guide me the legal process and the best lawyer in Gurgaon.
