we got married (love marriage) my parental surname is Ankita Patel My husband name Ganesh Patil but after marriage we both and our future child can able to follow my parental surname is PATEL for future??

Yes, you can decide to keep Patel as last name of your future children. For you two, a formal name change may be required on your school / academic records and other relevant documents like Passport, voter card, etc.
