can a married man live in relationship with another woman ? remember,,,i don't have any problem with my wife. we are living happily with my two kids. to whom i want to live in relationship with she is also very important for me. without informing my wife and kids i want to secretly live in relationship with other lady. is it possible or not ? any other law which permit such kind of relation. plz guide me in detail.

No, its illegal and if your wife files a complaint of adultery, you could face jail up to three years. And the same adultery is a ground for divorce as well which your wife can use.
