Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a married man. i got married two years ago. My wife is not living with me as she is working at some other place. In that time I met another girl and our affair started and now I want to get setteled with that girl. I know it is not possible to get married but is it possible if I get a job outside india say Saudi Arab and I get settled there with that girl after getting marriage in that country. And, is my present inlaws can file any case against me of bigamy or in any other offence.

please divorce your wife to marry again.these shortcuts will get you into serious trouble. you can be summonned in India no matter where you settle down.
