Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married in march this year and latter found out that my wife lied all the information about her family and education we lived separately for 3 months after which i sent her a talaknama, now after one month she says she will not accept it and will fight in court , is talaknama not a permanent divirce document for muslim??? kinldy advice

in this situation, you may have to approach the court for talaq.
