i got married in 2014 under the marriage act. my husband left me in 2015 to conduct a traditional marriage with another woman. we have separated since then. how do I get custody of my boys?

The traditional marriage subsequently conducted by your husband is null and void since the marriage between both of you is valid and subsisting. You can engage the service of a lawyer to file divorce proceedings for you and your ancillary claim will be custody of your boys.
