I married 8 month ago. I planned with my wife for having baby. Sometimes my wife warn me that she will take our baby and move to my father in law house permanently if I don't fulfill her wishes.
How to protect my baby to take out from me ?
My wife has tendency to separate me from my parents and move to my in laws house..
What will be the best way to tackle this problem legally.

1) First discuss in the presence of family elders and experienced outside senior citizens, settle amicably to save marriage and record for future evidence.
2) Change to separate residence, if she is not interested to live with ur parents.
3) If still she leaves matrimonial home, it is a ground for divorce.
4) File also child custody case. Court will decide looking to the welfare of the child.
