My friend, why to play fraud with the Court when you can get the work done in a legal manner itself?
according to me (if you are a HINDU) then file a case of Sec 13 along with an application of Sec. 14 in the Court and then prosceed further accordingly.

I would not recommend playing with the facts before the court. If some how comes to the knowledge of the court, one way or the other, it will be considered contempt. If the marriage has not been consumed, go for annulment which can be done within first year of marriage. No need to then pay any compensation
there is no need to go by the suggestion of putting a wrong date of marriage as this may land u in further troubles.
it is better to settle it through mutual consent by filing an application u/s 14 of hma.
It is better that you donot adopt such tactics. It may create a problem some time later
