Legal Question in Family Law in India
I married 2 month back. I come to know wife affair(affairs was before marriage since in 2 month i cannot find whether she can do it again or not) and after argument she agreed that she had physical with boy many times. We did trick and asked boy that boy told us they enjoyed many times. After that guy she had chating with many guys on internet (dont know may be they also manage to meet and enjoy) . I never had relation and I tried to overcome this but I could not so I decided for divorce but she is not ready and going to banglore for education (I don�t knw her feeling as her father don�t allow us to talk) firstly they all agreed for mutual divorce after we told them we will return all gifts and material we got in marriage but later they are demanding 10 lacs for mutul procedure. I earn 30000 per month and don�t own anything (my father has 2 acre land and home on his name). In such case what would be my stand should I pay 10 lacs( that to be I have to take on interest from someone). I already have 300000 lacs loan. If we file case in such case what court will as k us to do like alimony or maintaince? On what ground should I file this petition as to prove past affairs is bit difficault. She is bcs and can earn right now also but she is opting for mcs (her father decision). How much time will take to get all this done 2-3 year or more? As one thought is that in coming 2 yaers I may spend 150000 on advocate fees and 50000 in many other small things and if court tel me for alimny may be 3000 pe rmonth for atlest 3 years means 150000 (Total 300000 lacs ) what should I do?

The alimony may be about one third of your salary. Better you avoid litigation and try to reach a mutually agreeable settlement.
