Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am married and have 8 month old kid. During my pregnancy my husband got involved with a widow who has 2 children. Now he realizes his mistake and wants to come back to me but she is threatening him stating she will commit suicide and write a letter before doing so stating the reason for committing suicide is me and my husband. I tried to contact her parents and asked them to take her back. but they denied stating she is not their daughter. I am feeling helpless and alone. My father is fighting with cancer and my family is dependent on my income. If she does anything like that I will lose my job. I want my husband back. I have no one to help.
