I married 6 months ago. After few days of marriage I came to know about my wife’s medical history. Her family hide her madical condition from me.now she is 2 months pregnant. Can I take a legal action against her family.

If you want to break your marriage, then file divorce alongwith a suit for declaration for holding your marriage as null and void with a prayer for compensation for concealment of material facts. In case you want that your marriage sustain, then file the latter (compensation) after taking your wife in confidence.I want to remind you the onus of proving that your wife's medical condition was existing prior to your marriage, is on you. Be Careful !!!.
