I got married 5 months back. But my husband is having all bad habits drinking, smoking, illegal affair. He vll chat with his exlover daily after coming from office. When I ask why u r doing all this he used to scold me and stop talking for 2-3 days. Same procedure he used to repeat daily. When I informed to his parents, they r saying its all common today u have to bear. I came to my house then. Now I m residing with my parents. My parents talked to their parents they r saying the same words n also saying she has to listen our words we wont give her money for expenses n she should stay with us doing service to us. My son vll come n spend time vth her in the weekends. If u accept for this u send ur daughter. Even we will not give divorce. What is the solution for this problem?

Dear client u can file police complaint under sec 498 a against husband and in laws for physical harassment. U can also file domestic violence case for and ask compensation for mental harassment.
