Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married two months back ie.,in November. My wife is sick & they cheated us by hiding this information before marriage. She is weak & having pain in legs & hands they were stiffened in such a way that she cannot bend them. We went to Shirdi in december and after that we came to know about her ill health. After questioning she agreed but not disclosed her actual illness. Even the above condition is also result of my observation. Till today I was not informed about her illness. She is not even supportive during our sexual intercourse. She keep on avoiding by saying something. First I thought it was fear of sex, later came to know that because of this disease. Now she left to her parents house saying she needs some treatment. When I called her father he abused in reverse and said that all these problems araised after our journey to Shirdi which was completely false because she admitted that she was suffering from that from a long period.

Now I am completely confused. I am not interested as she is unfit not only for sex but also not helpful to my parents in household activities. She keeps on taking bedrest from morning to evening not even active during her stay with us.

Guide me how to get rid of these cheating people. If there is no chance of that please suggest me the measures to identify her illness as she & her parents are not allowing me to take her for testing.

if you feel she has some drastic disease there must be a medical proof of the same. If the disease is indeed serious in nature you can go for annullment of the marriage but if it is a curable disease then why dont both the sides sit down and try to find a solution.for further query contact 90312411481.
