Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello ,
We married just before six months, just after one months she started fighting to all family members. She has habit of fighting without any issue every day.She is shouting on me and my parents. It is mental torture. We both staying in Maharashtra on rent. She is forcing me to take on 1RK so my family members can not come with us. And it is now impossible to stay together. Her father told after 6 month, she has some mental issue because of she sometime behave like this. But we don't have any proof to prove in court. I have asked her for divorce but she is not ready. I have broke all the relation with her ,still she is not leaving my house.
1) Can i leave rented house as she is not leaving(i have read somewhere ,for divorce i need to stay separately)?
2) She is also earning so i need to pay her rent?
3) After how much time i can file for divorce?
(Please don't advice for the settlement it is not possible now)

1) U have to wait for one year for divorce after marriage.

2) U cannot throw her away just like that. U hv to provide shared household and give

what all comforts she is enjoying at matrimonial and parental house.

3) Whether or not she is earning is not important. u hv to provide her shared household.

If the court is satisfied or she is agreeable, u can pay rent.

4) General mental problem is no ground for divorce. U h to show to a psychiatrist and

give treatment.

5) If u throw her, she may file DV, 498A and 125 cases against u and ur family.
